Upgrade vCetner 5.5 to 6.0

Pre-noted:
  1. Close vSphere client before you install
  2. vCenter minima memory is 8GB
  3. Backup vCenter database

 Start Upgrade:

 1. insert vSphere vCenter 6 to CD/DVD
2. Select "vCenter Server for Windows" then click "Install"

3. Click "Next" for start upgrade process



















4. Agree the EULA and click "Next"



















5. Enter vCenter 5.5 SSO and vCenter 5.5 administrator credentials then click "Next"



















6. Running pre-upgrade 






7. After pre-upgrade, check the Ports of vCenter is correct then click "Next"


















8. Check Installation path, if you want to change it, please click "Change", after you done, click "Next"



















9. Confirm the settings and click "Upgrade"



















The upgrade process take around 50 minutes in my environment. After upgrade done, you will see "Setup Completed" then click "Finish" to close windows.
